Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 2 years RTA experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good to have experience with WFM tools such as eWFM, IEX, CMS Avaya, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Analyze trends in productivity, SLA, volume, utilization, attendance, and operations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting governance.
