Job summary

ContactPoint360 in Cebu is seeking a Workforce Report Supervisor to oversee the preparation, analysis, and distribution of workforce reports for senior management. You will work with data from multiple sources and support HR analytics initiatives.

You will lead the WFM reporting team, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with HR systems to ensure data accuracy. A detail-oriented communicator with 3+ years in HR/WFM reporting fits this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR / WFM reporting and analytics.
• At least 1 year of leading WFM / Reports teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review the preparation of workforce reports from multiple data sources.
• Analyze report data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas requiring attention.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reports meet their needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HR systems administrators to ensure accurate data extraction and integration.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff on reporting processes and best practices.
