Job summary

Accenture is seeking a highly analytical Workforce Reporting Analyst to support workforce decision-making through reporting, analytics, and automation. The role will deliver accurate workforce insights, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement.

Based in Quezon City with a Return to Office setup, the position involves building dashboards, analyzing productivity, attendance, and operational performance, and providing actionable recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 2 years RTA experience; other WFM experience is a plus but not required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• No specific tool requirement; helpful if with WFM Tools experience (eWFM, IEX, CMS Avaya, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce performance reports, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Analyze trends related to productivity, SLA, volume, utilization, attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting governance.
• Build automated reporting solutions and visualization tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support business reviews, governance meetings, and client reporting requirements.
