Job summary

TechNerds Solutions in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Workforce Analyst to join our team. You will produce regular performance and operational reports for clients and internal stakeholders, by extracting data, verifying accuracy and presenting results.

The role requires 3+ years of experience as a Workforce Specialist/Analyst, experience in scheduling or real-time management is preferred, and willingness to work night shifts in a global 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Workforce Specialist/Analyst.
• Experience in scheduling and/or real-time (RTA) management is highly preferred.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible or shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Produce regular performance and operational reports for clients and internal stakeholders by extracting data, verifying accuracy, and presenting results.
• Develop new reports and modify existing ones by configurations, spreadsheet calculations and documenting instructions for report production.
• Respond to ad-hoc information requests by extracting data, researching and presenting results.
• Provide commentary to accompany regular reports and ad-hoc responses as needed.
• Analyze data to monitor business performance, identify trends and support planning, staffing, scheduling and forecasting.
• Communicate analysis results and provide critical insights to stakeholders.
• Analyze impact of volume, productivity, scheduling and shrinkage on staffing requirements.
• Report staffing needs and performance issues affecting service levels proactively.
• Monitor utilization reports across all levels and support real-time workforce initiatives across global sites.
• Create and update reports and databases while ensuring compliance with company principles and regulations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Workforce Analyst to be part of our team.

Main Responsibilities

• Produce regular performance and operational reports for clients and internal stakeholders as per business requirements; by extracting data, verifying accuracy, and presenting results
• Develop new reports and make changes to existing reports as required; by creating/adjusting configurations, creating spreadsheets to calculate measures/present results, and documenting instructions for the reports production
• Respond to ad-hoc requests for information; by extracting data, conducting research/analysis and presenting results
• Provide commentary to accompany regular reports and responses to ad-hoc requests where necessary
• Analyze data to monitor business performance, identify trends, and for use in planning, staffing, scheduling and forecasting
• Communicate analysis results and provide critical insight to relevant stakeholders
• Analyze the impact of volume, productivity, scheduling and shrinkage on staffing requirements
• Report staffing needs and performance issues impacting service levels on a proactive manner
• Monitor utilization reports across all levels
• Provide support on real time workforce initiatives across global sites
• Create and update existing reports and databases
• Ensure compliance of reporting initiatives to company principles and government regulations
• Maintain confidentiality on information, technology and practices developed by the company

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Workforce Specialist/Analyst.
• Experience in scheduling and/or real-time (RTA) management is highly preferred.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible or shifting schedules.
• Must be willing to work at 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City.
