Qualifications

• A degree in any field is required.
• Preferably 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong time management and motivation to exceed expectations.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computers and multiple systems and able to learn new ones.
• Excellent verbal and written English and the local market language.

Responsibilities

• Administer leaves, attendance, scheduling, and other workforce-related duties.
• Provide feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow.
• Trend and track performance and compile monthly and yearly agent KPI reports.
• Highlight performance deviations to the immediate superior for necessary action.
• Ensure data is collected and usable, relevant, accurate, representative, and objective.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and dispatch them on time.
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
