Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a data analyst in Manila to conduct data analysis, identify trends, and drive improvements in data collection and reporting. You will create dashboards and scorecards for senior leadership, track KPIs/SLAs, and maintain strong relationships with BI suppliers.

The role requires 2 years of related experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication in English. You will contribute to the Quality Management System and support continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong technical and numerical skills with advanced Excel and data tools
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and produce analytical and informative reports
• Must have initiative, drive and work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis, spot data trends, perform gap analysis, generate reports, and recommend improvements to business metric collection processes
• Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPIs/SLAs
• Maintain the daily relationship with the business intelligence supplier
• Seek opportunities to drive innovation and process improvement within reporting
• Create and maintain efficient and secure systems for recording data and producing relevant documentation
• Design key dashboards and scorecards for Senior Leadership and Business Units
• Perform other duties assigned by management within the employment category and support the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System
