Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in the Philippines seeks a Workday Consultant based in Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center. Lead Workday Absence projects, gather requirements, design and prototype solutions, and guide clients on best practices to ensure seamless delivery.

Role requires active Workday Absence certification, 2+ years of related experience, and a track record in consulting. Expect hybrid work arrangements with training and certifications supported by the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Active Workday Absence Certification or equivalent.
• Hands-on Workday Absence Solution experience.
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.

Responsibilities

• Offer specialized knowledge in the Workday Absence suite.
• Gather, design, prototype, test, and implement Workday solutions per client needs.
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices.
• Perform Workday Delivery Assurance.
• Innovate with new approaches and tools for efficient Workday deployment.
• Ensure functional solutions align with downstream data translation and integrations.
• Deliver status reports highlighting project risks and client adoption improvements.
• Disseminate product knowledge to foster growth within the practice.
