Monitor Deloitte in Manila seeks a Workday Consultant to join our Philippines Delivery Center. You will assess HR needs and design, develop and integrate Workday Recruiting solutions, testing and troubleshooting as needed.

You will gather requirements, prototype, test, and implement Workday solutions, guide clients in best practices, and deliver delivery assurance. The role emphasizes collaboration, learning, and a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years hands-on Workday Recruiting experience.
• Active Workday Recruiting and Data Loading certifications.

Work you will do

As a globally recognized leader in consulting and Workday services, Deloitte’s Workday practice helps organization harness the value of Workday’s platform combined with human and financial capital to deliver services to help drive business impact.

As a Workday professional, you will be responsible for assessing the HR needs of their clients in designing, developing and integrating HCM software to meet those needs and testing and troubleshooting implemented software to find and resolve errors.

• Offer specialized knowledge in the Workday Recruiting suite
• Support gathering of business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing Workday solutions to meet client requirements
• Guide clients in adopting Workday best practices
• Perform Workday Delivery Assurance
• Innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
• Confirm that functional solutions align with downstream data translation requirements, and support integrators in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems.
• Deliver insightful status reports to project managers, highlighting project risks and improvements in client adoption.
• Champion and actively disseminate product knowledge to foster growth within practice.

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
• 2+ years Hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting Solution
• Hands on experience in Workday Implementation project
• Current active certification on Workday Recruiting and Data Loading Certified
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
