Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in the Philippines, Makati is seeking a Workday Payroll Functional Consultant to lead payroll processing and ensure regulatory compliance for US/Canada/UK payrolls from our Makati office.

The ideal candidate has 4–10+ years of payroll experience, Workday configuration skills, and related certifications. Exposure to Time Tracking, Absence, and other HCM modules is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of payroll experience in the US, Canada, or UK.
• Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
• Workday Payroll configuration is advantageous.
• Workday HCM and US/CAN Payroll certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely for all employees.
• Review and verify payroll data for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of payroll transactions.
• Support system upgrades and enhancements to payroll processes.
• Collaborate with IT or vendors to troubleshoot payroll issues.
• Stay updated on payroll tax laws and regulatory requirements.
