Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Implementation Consultant based in Metro Manila to lead end-to-end Workday deployments with ANZ clients. You will own workstreams for Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll, guiding design sessions, configurations, and data migration.

You will facilitate FAS and CSE workshops, translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions, and communicate clearly with executives and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading end-to-end Workday deployments.
• Strong configuration experience in Time Tracking and/or Absence Management.
• Excellent English communication, with virtual presentation skills.
• Experience delivering client-facing payroll Workday implementations.
• Background running FAS or CSE discovery workshops is a plus.
• Understanding of Australian payroll terminology, awards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and lead FAS and CSE sessions with client stakeholders.
• Lead or co-lead Workday Time Tracking, Absence Management, and Payroll workstreams from kick-off to go-live.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday processes and payroll touchpoints.
• Manage client expectations, deliver design documents, perform system configuration and testing.
• Communicate technical details clearly to both technical and HR/Payroll stakeholders.
