Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an HR/Payroll Specialist to support Tier 1 queries and maintain Workday data for the employee lifecycle in a fast-paced environment at the Taguig on-site office.

The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in US & Canada HR processes, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office; Workday experience is highly desirable. On-site location in Taguig, Philippines, with opportunities to grow within the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3–5 years' experience supporting US & Canada core HR processes.
• HR services experience preferred; Workday experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Resolve Tier 1 HR/Payroll queries and support resolution of complex queries.
• Maintain Workday data for employee lifecycle events (promotions, transfers, etc.).
• Communicate policies and procedures to employees to resolve issues.
• Meet KPIs and SLAs; handle escalations and RCA plans.
• Support knowledgebase development and share insights on trends.
