Job summary

Dysrupit is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to support an Australian client from the Philippines. The role blends functional payroll expertise with technical configuration across Workday modules to implement and provide AMS for the payroll solution.

Experience with Time Tracking, Time & Attendance, and Absence Management is highly valued for cross-functional delivery. You will collaborate with remote, international teams, document configurations, and guide

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Payroll including implementation and AMS.
Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting Workday Payroll functionality.
Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processes and their Workday integration.
Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, or AMS engagements.

Responsibilities

Provide functional and techno-functional expertise across Workday Payroll in an Australian implementation environment.
Support the implementation, configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Payroll.
Provide post-implementation and AMS support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Analyze payroll-related requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
Configure and maintain Workday Payroll processes per business and regulatory needs.
Support payroll testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution during implementation and go-live.
