Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking an experienced Workday Payroll professional with strong expertise in Workday modules, integration, and SDLC activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands‑on Workday Payroll experience and familiarity with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery.

You will support Payroll, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Data Conversion, and work with various integration technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Payroll and/or Workday modules.
• Experience in one or more of: Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time & Attendance, Integration, Security, Data Conversion.
• Knowledge of Workday integration technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Web Services.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and/or other Workday modules.
• Support Workday solutions across Payroll, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.
• Configure, customize, deploy, and support enterprise applications.
• Analyze business requirements and provide functional and technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support continuous system improvements.
• Support the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for software solutions.
• Configure and integrate vendor-sourced enterprise applications with internal systems such as SAP.
• Work with Workday technologies including EIB, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, Web Services, and Advanced Custom Reports.
• Update existing code to resolve defects and implement minor enhancements.
• Support integrations using REST, SOAP, and other web services where required.
• Work with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery capabilities including case management and knowledge management.
• Support ServiceNow administration, portal configuration, widgets, and content automation.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll professional with strong expertise in Workday modules, enterprise application integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and software development lifecycle activities.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, with hands‑on knowledge of Workday Payroll and/or modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, or Data Conversion. Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and enterprise integrations is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Workday & Payroll

• Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and/or other Workday modules.




• Support Workday solutions across Payroll, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, and Data Conversion.

Agile & Delivery

• Work effectively within Agile, SAFe, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies.




• Participate in development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and support activities.
