Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst in the Philippines to lead the Workday Financials implementation and data migration from Sage Intacct. You will ensure data integrity, test configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT.

The role focuses on process optimisation, automation, and delivering scalable finance workflows while maintaining compliance and reporting accuracy throughout go-live and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Workday implementations, migrations, or finance system transformations.
• Strong background in accounting processes, financial reporting, and finance operations.
• Experience with financial data migration, data validation, data cleansing, and financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support migration from Sage Intacct to Workday, ensuring operational continuity and minimal disruption to finance processes.
• Assist with configuration, validation, testing, and deployment of Workday Financial modules.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), workflow validation, and finance process testing activities.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure configurations align with business and finance requirements.
• Analyze accounting and finance processes to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and operational improvement.
• Evaluate business workflows and recommend process enhancements using Workday capabilities.
• Support design and implementation of a scalable and efficient finance operating model.
• Perform financial data mapping, cleansing, migration, and validation across legacy and new systems.
• Ensure accurate migration of chart of accounts, transaction data, vendor records, customer records, and historical financial information.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to maintain financial data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting, reconciliations, and recurring finance processes.
• Collaborate on automation solutions, workflow enhancements, and AI-enabled process improvements.
• Develop standardized workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across finance operations.
• Serve as a liaison between Finance, HR, Payroll, IT teams, and system implementation partners.
• Document financial workflows, business requirements, system configurations, data mappings, and transformation processes.
• Prepare status updates and support reporting on migration progress, readiness, and implementation milestones.
• Support audit, compliance, and governance requirements related to financial systems and data management.
• Assist with Workday go-live, system stabilisation, issue resolution, and post-implementation optimisation.
• Monitor system effectiveness and recommend ongoing enhancements to improve performance and user experience.
