Job summary

iSupport Worldwide in the Philippines is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to support the Sage Intacct to Workday migration, ensure data integrity, and optimise finance operations. You will configure Workday Financials, perform data mapping and validation, and contribute to testing and go-live activities.

You will collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, IT and implementation partners, analyse current processes for automation opportunities, drive workflow improvements, and help design a scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience supporting Workday implementations or migrations is highly preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge, data migration, and finance process experience.

Responsibilities

• Support migration from Sage Intacct to Workday with data mapping and validation.
• Configure, validate, test, and deploy Workday Financial modules.
• Participate in UAT, workflow validation, and finance process testing.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to align configurations with requirements.
• Analyse current processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Develop scalable finance operating models and standardized workflows.
• Maintain data integrity across legacy and new systems during migration.
• Assist with go-live activities, stabilisation, and post-implementation optimisation.
• Document workflows, data mappings, and transformation processes.
