Job summary

iRhythm Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Financial Systems Administrator Support to manage Workday Adaptive Planning and ERP-related finance systems. You will support planning cycles, maintain models and security, and help automate reporting across ERP and BI tools.

The role emphasizes data validation, cross-functional collaboration, and process improvements within a remote Manila locale. 1–3 years of related experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related field.
• 1–3 years supporting financial systems, FP&A, ERP, or reporting tools.
• Exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, QAD/SAP ERP or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to prioritize and work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Workday Adaptive Planning users.
• Assist with administration of ERP modules and integrations.
• Monitor data integrations between planning, ERP, and BI tools.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and QA activities.
• Support financial reporting tools and BI solutions.
• Assist with UAT, training, and change-management activities.
• Document configurations and support procedures.
