Job summary

Cognizant is looking for an experienced Consultant to join our Workday implementation team in Manila, Philippines. The role involves bridging business and technical teams during the implementation of Workday systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with CPA certification. You will lead project activities and support clients in achieving their Workday transformation goals, while also providing insights into best practices.

Qualifications

• Must have Workday Financial Supplemental Certification.
• Experience with ERP Financials and/or Procurement technology is an advantage.
• Strong consulting skills with the ability to manage client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day activities of Workday Financials project support.
• Guide clients through transformation and implementation phases.
• Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements.
