Job summary

eFlexervices, a premier BPO with a 25-year track record, seeks a Financial Analyst to consolidate budgets and deliver insightful forecasts. You will drive planning with Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect, collaborating with departments to ensure accuracy and timely reporting for strategic decisions.

You will own automated reporting packages, perform variance analyses, and support GAAP compliance while working in a flexible, hybrid setup in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Finance working experience.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
• Strong proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning OfficeConnect (reports).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Experience partnering with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience in high-growth environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Excel & MS Office.
• Self-starter with analytical skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate budgets with multiple departments and prepare budget models.
• Maintain variance reports and use Workday Adaptive Planning for data integrity.
• Assist in 5-year forecast to analyze credit position.
• Analyze historical data and market trends for long-term planning.
• Monitor KPIs to guide strategy.
