Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Senior Workday Finance Analyst in the Philippines to optimize Core Finance processes including Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and General Ledger. You will help define chart of accounts, posting rules, and close processes while liaising with local teams on VAT, payroll, and taxes within a unified global system landscape.

You will also support data migration, testing, and training, ensuring control-based audits and scalable processes as the business grows in a PLC environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to review and analyze data, identify issues and take corrective action.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing accounts and reports.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a pressurized environment.
• Professional level of communication in verbal and written form.
• Focus on systems, processes and controls to minimize risks and enable scalability.
• Understanding of key drivers of the business model and tax/accounting impacts.
• Sound knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Accounting qualification Fully Qualified.
• Sound accounting knowledge, including IFRS.
• Good finance exposure.
• Must have experience in 2-3 of: AP/AR.
• Strong Excel knowledge.
• Exposure to system design for finance is preferred but not essential.
• PLC reporting environment experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a lean global chart of accounts for statutory and management reporting.
• Define and maintain account dimensions as building blocks for reporting.
• Define and maintain account posting rules ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with local Finance and system consultants on VAT and sales taxes.
• Deliver finance integrations with system consultants and local teams.
• Define month and year-end close processes.
• Identify local reporting requirements with transformation and master data teams.
• Embed controls-based audit in Finance processes via system design.
• Educate local teams on Workday security groups and impact on processes.
• Support data migration mapping for GL, AP, AR, and bank history.
• Test configurations with local Finance to ensure fit-for-purpose processes.
• Prepare training material and train super users on new systems.
