Emapta Philippines is seeking a Workday Integration Developer to design and deploy integrations across HCM, Finance, and PSA. You will engineer data flows, strengthen security, and resolve production challenges in a globally connected environment.

You will own and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Informatica, with exposure to SFTP, SOAP/REST, and XML/JSON data formats. Hybrid setup in Ortigas; competitive salary and benefits await.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Packaged Integrations, Core Connectors and Informatica.
• Experience building/integrating using SFTP, SOAP, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, CSV and Excel for data integration/transformations.
• Familiarity with Workday HCM, Finance and PSA modules; security, reporting and BPM.
• Knowledge of Workday Cloud Platform and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL; Agile experience.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field; strong analytical and communication skills.

• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures and maintain data flows.
• Maintain technical documentation for mappings, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide technical support to end users and admins; collaborate with consultants/vendors.
• Develop and enhance custom applications on Workday Cloud Platform.
• Maintain security, authentication, authorization, and access controls.
• Perform unit/integration testing and resolve defects.
• Stay current with Workday releases and integration standards.

Qualifications That Set You Apart

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations
• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Packaged Integrations, Core Connectors, and Informatica
• Experience building and supporting integrations using SFTP, SOAP, REST APIs, and Web Services
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, CSV, and Excel for data integration and transformation
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, and PSA modules, including security, reporting, and business process configuration
• Familiarity with Workday Cloud Platform and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams

What You'll Own and Deliver

• Build, test, and deploy Workday integrations with third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Packaged Integrations, Core Connectors, Informatica, and related tools
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures and performance issues, and maintain reliable data flows
• Maintain technical documentation for integration requirements, mappings, configurations, and workflows
• Provide technical support to end users and system administrators while collaborating with Workday consultants, vendors, and internal teams on enhancements
• Develop and enhance custom applications using Workday Cloud Platform and related technologies
• Maintain security, authentication, authorization, and access controls across Workday applications
• Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and implement effective technical resolutions
• Stay current with Workday releases, capabilities, integration standards, and best practices
