Job summary

Emapta Philippines seeks an experienced Workday Integrations Developer to architect and maintain data flows across HCM, Finance, and PSA modules. You will design integrations, secure data exchanges, and resolve production issues in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

The role offers hybrid work in Ortigas, a competitive salary up to PHP100,000, and opportunities to build Workday credentials through specialist development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio, EIB, Packaged Integrations, Core Connectors, and Informatica.
• Experience building and supporting integrations using SFTP, SOAP, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, CSV, and Excel for data integration and transformation.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, and PSA modules, including security, reporting, and business process configuration.
• Familiarity with Workday Cloud Platform and technologies such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy Workday integrations with third-party systems using Workday Studio, EIB, Packaged Integrations, Core Connectors, Informatica, and related tools.
• Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures and performance issues, and maintain reliable data flows.
• Maintain technical documentation for integration requirements, mappings, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide technical support to end users and system administrators while collaborating with Workday consultants, vendors, and internal teams on enhancements.
• Develop and enhance custom applications using Workday Cloud Platform and related technologies.
• Maintain security, authentication, authorization, and access controls across Workday applications.
• Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot defects, and implement effective technical resolutions.
• Stay current with Workday releases, capabilities, integration standards, and best practices.
