Job summary

Aurecon in Manila seeks a Manager, Enterprise Applications to lead senior resources delivering scalable, secure enterprise platforms such as Workday, Dynamics, Proteus and ServiceNow.

You will partner with IT leadership, drive governance, risk management and high‑quality delivery across Finance, People, Project and Client Operations systems.

This role demands strong people leadership, cloud‑aware engineering practices, and a strategic roadmap aligned to Aurecon's blueprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 8–10+ years in managed services and end‑to‑end IT delivery within enterprise tech environments.
• Experience leading persistent delivery across products with knowledge of agile, DevOps and modern practices.
• Structured problem solving and continuous improvement across products, technologies and practices.
• Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring and workforce capability uplift.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for resources across Aurecon’s core application enablement services.
• Ensure delivery capability across Finance, People, Project, Enterprise, and Client Operations platforms.
• Lead governance, risk management and compliance to meet service and audit requirements.
• Build and sustain a high‑performing, collaborative team culture with workforce planning and capacity management.
• Collaborate with Product Leaders, Function Leaders and stakeholders to align technology priorities and roadmaps.
