Job summary

SPAC Information Technology Inc. seeks a Workday HCM Analyst to support and advance our core HRIS platform in a global setting.

You will serve as an HR Technology contact, helping HR identify, plan and implement Workday improvements, including configuration and ongoing support of Workday applications. The ideal candidate will have experience gathering requirements and delivering business transformation using Workday across multiple modules such as HCM, Reporting & Analytics, Compensation, Talent

Qualifications

Experience gathering requirements for HRIS projects and reporting needs.
Experience delivering business transformation using Workday across multiple modules.
Proficient in Workday configuration, testing, and implementation.
Experience handling confidential information in a multi-national setting.

Responsibilities

Provide BAU support to global HR users, troubleshoot issues and assist with ad-hoc reporting.
Own queries, manage them for user experience and policy adherence.
Demonstrate knowledge of Workday modules across HCM, Analytics, Compensation, Talent/Performance, Absence, Time, Recruit, Help, Security.
Gather and understand business requirements; propose solutions.
Collaborate with PMs and HR partners to review BRDs and testing docs.
Configure changes in Workday and manage through development/change cycles.
