Job summary

FPT Software Philippines Corporation is seeking a Workday HR Consultant to support Covestro's HR platform, focusing on Absence Management, Time Tracking, Benefits and Compensation.

You will independently handle HR cases, collaborate with users, and follow incident management protocols while performing EIB load activities. This remote role is open to Filipino candidates nationwide with a mid-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: Workday Compensation Certification AND Workday Absence Management CertificationORWorkday Time Tracking Certification
• Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking
• Experience with Workday Business Processes
• Proficiency inCalculated Fields and Workday Reporting
• Strong communication and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and proactive working style - ownership, issue anticipation and driving resolutions
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations regarding sensitive personal/HR data

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the overall Workday setup at Covestro, with a major focus onWorkday Absence Management, Workday Time Tracking, Workday Benefits and Workday Compensation (ideally both Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation)

• Independently handle and resolve HR cases and incidents within the respective process areas

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with users raising HR cases, ensuring a professional and solution-oriented approach

• Follow theHR Platform Incident Management protocolsand adhere to defined SLAs

• PerformEIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) load activities
  

Required Skills

• Solid overall understanding ofHR processes, particularly in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Strong understanding ofdata privacy regulations, particularly regarding sensitive personal/HR data - compliance with applicable data protection laws is mandatory, including considerations around data access from different locations
