Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Package Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation to configure systems to client needs. You will implement and support Workday core HCM and core compensation, conduct fit analyses, and resolve configuration issues to ensure seamless operation.

You will also perform unit testing, support post-implementation activities, and contribute to cloud-based HR solution success for diverse clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Exposure to configuring Workday HCM core modules.
• Experience with Workday core compensation configurations.
• Experience planning fit analyses for implementations.
• Ability to resolve configuration and functional issues.
• Familiarity with unit testing workstreams.
