Job summary

Hunt in the Philippines is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end implementations across APAC. You will work with senior stakeholders to capture requirements, design scalable compensation strategies, and guide cross-functional teams through delivery and project governance.

The role offers a remote work setup with flexible hours across Manila, Kuala Lumpur, and Ho Chi Minh City, enabling global collaboration while focusing on client success

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end implementations across modules.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with senior business stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Design scalable compensation and incentive solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Provide functional leadership across project teams and mentor consultants.
• Drive solution architecture discussions across the broader SuccessFactors landscape.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and quality outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support pre-sales activities including demonstrations, solution proposals, and scope definition.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while contributing to practice growth.
