• Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Submit necessary documentation for file compliance.
• Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
• Schedule and attend the closing process.
• Enter client information into the database.
