With 1–2 years in customer service and a curious mindset for web technology, you’ll grow into a WordPress expert through hands-on training and real-world experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, with positive interactions over phone or digital channels.
• Experience with web hosting is a plus, but we’ll teach you what you need to know.
• Natural curiosity about technology and eagerness to learn WordPress, plugins, themes, and page builders.
• Excellent communication skills; patient, clear, and empathetic in problem solving.
• Able to work with a range of customers from beginners to advanced users.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of WP Live, providing inbound call support that is friendly, patient, and solution‑oriented.
• Guide customers through WordPress tasks—from plugin and theme setup to design adjustments and troubleshooting site functionality.
• Consult with business owners to understand goals and offer creative, strategic recommendations to improve their website’s look, performance, and customer experience.
• Help small businesses thrive by empowering them to build, manage, and grow their online presence with confidence.
• Contribute to a community of learners and creators, sharing insights and growing technical skills with the team of WordPress pros.
