Job summary

Bluehost is seeking a Support Engineer to join our team in Cebu, focusing on Yoast-related support for WordPress and Shopify. You will handle live chat and email inquiries, delivering technical guidance and top-tier customer service to help customers succeed online.

You’ll work on-site with a hybrid schedule, requiring at least 2 years of customer service experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Help Scout. Experience with Shopify is a plus.

Qualifications

Willing to work on-site with shifting schedule.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
At least 2 years of customer service experience with hands-on WordPress.
Experience supporting customers on Shopify or hands-on with the Shopify platform is a strong advantage.
Sales experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or Help Scout is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Answer questions via chat and email, ensuring timely, helpful responses.
Provide excellent customer service and technical support.
Assist with topics from Yoast products to payments and administrative inquiries.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products or services.
