• Guide customers through WordPress tasks- plugin and theme setup to design adjustments and troubleshooting site functionality.

• Contribute to a community of learners and creators, sharing insights and growing your technical skills alongside a team of WordPress pros.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.

• You bring 1-2 years of customer service experience and know how to create positive, memorable interactions - whether over the phone or through other digital channels.
• Experience with web hosting is a plus (but absolutely not required!) - we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• You’re naturally curious about technology and excited to learn WordPress, plugins, themes, page builders, and other modern website tools.
• You have excellent communication skills and thrive on solving problems with patience, clarity, and empathy.
• You enjoy working with all types of customers - from first-time website owners learning the basics to advanced users seeking expert guidance.
• Experience with internet tools, social media platforms, or small business environments is helpful and gives you a head start.
• Bonus points if you’ve touched WordPress before - whether tinkering with plugins, experimenting with themes, or using builders like Elementor, Divi, or WordPress Block Builder.
