Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering, MBA, Project Planning or PM.
• 8 to 15 years of experience preparing proposals in engineering.
• Ability to lead end-to-end bid processes with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Business Development to improve market positioning and pursue opportunities.
• Lead bidding process end-to-end, ensuring compliance with group bid process and validation steps.
• Review bid documents and advise go/no-go decisions to maximise win probability.
