Job summary

WSP in Pasig City, Philippines is seeking a Bid Coordinator to raise the quality of our bid submissions by guiding teams through WSP's Business Development Integrated Management System. This role helps the bid team focus on winning strategies and client-focused content.

You will collaborate with Marketing, HR, Commercial, and Technical teams to prepare proposals, coordinate schedules, tailor content, and ensure timely, high-quality bid submissions across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 4-8 years' experience in bidding, marketing, communications, or journalism.
• Experienced in coordinating and preparing proposals and expressions of interest.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposal matrix plans to meet Clients' objectives and determine the win messages.
• Obtain support from Marketing, HR, Commercial & Technical as needed.
• Coordinate proposal scheduling and planning.
• Review and evaluate proposal documents for risks and quality.
• Support multiple sectors to plan, develop and submit bid submissions.
• Populate non-technical sections and standard company inputs to tenders.
• Proof content and tailor pre-written material for bids.
• Develop bespoke bid content with technical teams.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure timely technical inputs.
• Coordinate publishing to design, publish, and submit proposals.
• Support process improvement of the Strategic Manila Team.
• Coach emerging bid professionals in best-practice bid coordination.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
