Job summary

PROJECT VINO PHILIPPINES, INC. seeks a Wine Server to deliver attentive service in our Makati dining room. You will take orders, present menus, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities include recommending menu items, arranging table settings, handling orders, and processing payments while maintaining cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Service charges apply as part of compensation.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or vocational degree; preferably Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Restaurant Training Certificate is a plus.
• At least 1 year experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Experience with elevated casual / fine dining is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (portion, ingredients, allergies).
• Make menu recommendations, answer questions, and share information with patrons.
• Arrange and prepare table settings by setting up linens, silverware, glasses.
• Take accurate food and drinks orders with a smile and inform preparation duration.
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
• Ensure the customers are well-served.
• Offer menu recommendations (upon request).
• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.
• Attentiveness in dealing with customer needs and requests.
• Take accurate orders using slips and deliver to the designated area.
• Ensure tidiness of dining area and report damages or cleanliness/safety issues.
• Attend daily briefing and communicate with other team members.

Job Summary:

Wine Server provides service to guests by taking and serving orders through ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. It also involves attentiveness and dealing with the customer needs, menu knowledge, and effective communication to create a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Results Area):

• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about the portion, ingredients, food allergies, etc.).

• Making menu recommendations, answering questions, and sharing information with restaurant patrons.

• Arrange and prepare table setting by setting up linens, silverwares, glasses.

• Take accurate food and drinks orders with a smile and informing the duration for preparation and delivering it accordingly.

• Delivering checks and collect bill payments.

• Ensuring the customers are well-served.

• Offer Menu recommendations (upon request).

• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction.

• Attentiveness in dealing and serving the customer needs and request.

• Take accurate food and drinks order by using order slips and deliver it to the designated area for preparation.

• Ensuring the tidiness of the dining area and reporting any damages and/or problem any related cleanliness and safety.

• Attending the daily briefing and communicating with the other members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate or vocational degree preferably Bachelor’s degree in any related field

• At least 1 year experience with Food & Beverage Industry

• Experience with elevated casual / fine dining restaurant is preferred

Note:

This position is entitled to a share of monthly Service Charge on top of basic pay.
