Decathlon Philippines is seeking a Senior Wholesale Project Lead to drive the wholesale channel in Metro Manila. You will define the strategic direction, lead the project team, manage partner relationships, and align activity with Decathlon's global strategy to grow market share.

Requirements include 5+ years in corporate sales with a proven track record, a digital mindset, strong analytical and people leadership skills, and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities

• Create the strategic framework for wholesale project and commercial performance evaluation.
• Define main partners on the market to explore opportunities and sustainable collaboration.
• Lead the wholesale project team (2 people to start) & wider stakeholder group.
• Negotiate favorable terms with partners and sign contracts for new partners.
• Lead development of wholesale catalogs/offer and curate product ranges per partner.
• Analyze performance per partner at product level and monitor pricing and availability.
• Report to governance committee with insights and recommendations; align wholesale activity to global strategy.
• Represent Decathlon to partners and diversify partnerships with multiple companies.
• Forecast activity and review economic performance monthly.
