Job summary

Metrobank in the Philippines seeks a Project Delivery and Support Manager to ensure Operations Group projects are completed on time and within agreed scope.

You will coordinate documentation, manage deliverables across Operations units, stakeholders, and third-party providers, and lead regular project meetings from initiation to closeout.

The role requires a business degree, PM/UAT experience, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course.
• 1–2 years in Customer Service & Operations.
• At least 1 year in process improvement / project management / UAT.
• Familiarity with Core Banking System and CRM.
• Able to plan and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Group Operations projects to align with business requirements.
• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Monitor deliverables and reporting structures for project success.
• Identify, track, and raise project risks and issues.
• Conduct regular project meetings from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure complete documentation in every phase.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third parties as needed.
• Prepare and present project reports and status updates.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning where required.
