Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar role.
• Banking or financial services industry experience.
• Experience managing IT projects and cross-functional teams.
• Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from planning to completion.
