Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is partnering with a multinational to hire a Senior Project Manager for Core Banking transformation in Taguig/ BGC. The role oversees end-to-end delivery across a distributed team in the Philippines, India, and Singapore.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience in core banking, strong stakeholder management, and multi-vendor leadership. Hybrid work arrangement and day shift are offered.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in Project/Program Management with core banking delivery.
• Experience leading multi-country, multi-vendor programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Engineering or Finance.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in Philippines banking sector a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multivendor, multi-country delivery teams across locations.
• Coordinate delivery across Philippines, India and Singapore hubs.
• Manage vendors and partners to a single delivery plan.
• Governance with weekly outcomes and escalation paths to leadership.
