Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines seeks an IT Area Lead to oversee Transaction Services Technology, covering Account & Cash Management, Pricing & Billing, and Working Capital Solutions. You will shape technical direction, develop engineering talent, and ensure service excellence in a banking technology context.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive agile delivery, and maintain alignment with enterprise architecture while prioritizing reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology leadership.
• Proven track record leading technology teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience driving strategic technology change initiatives and service delivery.
