Harbest Agribusiness Corporation in Dumangas, Iloilo seeks a Branch Associate – Warehouse & Logistics to oversee inventory, warehouse and fleet operations and ensure efficient delivery and asset maintenance.
You will manage physical inventory, verify deliveries against invoices and NetSuite, enforce FIFO/FEFO, plan routes, supervise drivers and maintenance staff, and prepare monthly inventory and vehicle reports.

The Branch Associate – Warehouse & Logistics is responsible for overseeing the branch’s warehouse, inventory, logistics, fleet, and facility operations. The role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient delivery operations, proper asset maintenance, and compliance with company procedures and NetSuite requirements.
The position plays a key role in maintaining lean inventory levels, controlling logistics costs, preserving company assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations.
Manage and organize physical inventory according to proper storage and handling standards.
Verify all incoming and outgoing items against Supplier Invoices, NetSuite Transfer Orders, Delivery Receipts, and Sales Invoices.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure physical stocks are properly reflected in NetSuite.
Implement proper handling and storage procedures to prevent product damage, deterioration, and expiration.
Enforce FIFO/FEFO practices, particularly for seeds, fertilizers, and other perishable or degradable products.
Monitor inventory movement, stock availability, variances, and aging inventory.
Identify slow-moving and dead stocks and recommend appropriate action.
Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize vehicle utilization and minimize logistics costs.
Monitor fuel consumption and delivery performance.
Ensure delivery trips are properly documented and supported by valid NetSuite Delivery Receipts or Sales Invoices.
Monitor delivery turnaround time from order clearance to customer/dealer delivery.
Identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary trips, fuel expenses, and other logistics-related costs.
Monitor the preventive maintenance schedules of delivery vehicles and branch machinery.
Ensure drivers accomplish daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection checklists.
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and parts sourcing for vehicles and facility equipment.
Monitor vehicle maintenance costs and downtime.
Ensure the warehouse, branch perimeter, workshop, and other facilities are clean, organized, safe, and properly maintained.
Supervise and provide daily direction to assigned drivers and maintenance personnel.
Prepare work schedules and assign daily tasks.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, professionalism, and compliance with company policies.
Conduct regular team meetings and support training initiatives.
Maintain accurate operational records and encode required inventory and logistics transactions in NetSuite.
Prepare and submit monthly Inventory and Vehicle Reports to management.
Report stock variances, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance costs, and other operational concerns to the Branch Supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, fleet, or branch operations is an advantage.
Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and delivery operations.
Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage.
Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to monitor operational data and prepare accurate reports.
Good leadership and people-management skills.
Willing to work in a branch/warehouse environment and handle operational concerns as needed.
Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and results-driven.
