Job summary

Harbest Agribusiness Corporation in Dumangas, Iloilo seeks a Branch Associate – Warehouse & Logistics to oversee inventory, warehouse and fleet operations and ensure efficient delivery and asset maintenance.

You will manage physical inventory, verify deliveries against invoices and NetSuite, enforce FIFO/FEFO, plan routes, supervise drivers and maintenance staff, and prepare monthly inventory and vehicle reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, fleet, or branch operations.
• Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse procedures, and delivery operations.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse inventory and ensure accuracy against invoices, NetSuite Transfer Orders, Delivery Receipts, and Sales Invoices.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reflect physical stocks in NetSuite.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules and routes to optimize vehicle use and reduce costs.
• Monitor fleet preventive maintenance, vehicle inspections, and driver performance.
• Supervise drivers and maintenance personnel; prepare work schedules and daily tasks.
• Prepare and submit monthly Inventory and Vehicle Reports to management.
