Job summary

Island Air Products Corporation (Island Gas) seeks a hands-on Branch Operations Leader in the Mandaue area. You will run daily branch and warehouse activities, oversee inventory, coordinate deliveries, and guide a high-performing team to meet sales and service goals.

You will manage staff, ensure accurate documentation, and work closely with drivers and Head Office to optimize routes and service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, logistics know-how, and a proactive, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, operations or a related field.
• 3+ years in branch operations, warehousing or logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory, delivery, and route planning.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, with report skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

About the role

Lead the branch. Run the operations. Grow the business. This is a hands‑on, driven, and people‑oriented leadership role where you will keep warehouse operations running smoothly while helping the branch grow sales, improve service, and build a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch and warehouse operations
• Manage inventory, products, equipment, and branch assets
• Ensure receiving, releasing, storage, and documentation are accurate
• Keep the workplace safe, clean, organized, and efficient
• Supervise branch personnel and daily work assignments
• Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline
• Coach the team and communicate targets and company directives
• Coordinate daily deliveries and routes
• Work closely with drivers, warehouse, sales, and Head Office
• Monitor delivery performance and resolve operational issues

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, Logistics, Sales & Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years' experience in branch operations, warehouse, logistics, sales, or related work
• Knowledgeable in inventory, warehouse, delivery & logistics operations
• Familiar with delivery routes and the assigned area
• Has basic knowledge of sales, customer accounts & business development
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and report preparation
• Strong in leadership, communication, problem-solving & decision-making
• Valid driver's license and able to drive a 4-wheel vehicle or motorcycle
• Willing to work in a warehouse/branch environment and can start immediately
