BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead (Travel) to manage a team of Travel Experts, drive individual and team sales, and guide clients through the booking process. This full-time remote role operates during Manila business hours with rotation on weekends and public holidays.

You will coach the team, monitor KPIs, conduct regular 1:1s, optimize sales scripts, and build strong customer relationships to convert inquiries across phone, email, and live chat.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Lead (Travel) to manage a team of Travel Experts while driving individual and team sales performance. In this role, you will handle inbound sales inquiries across phone, email, and live chat, guiding clients through the booking process and managing your pipeline to meet conversion targets. Additionally, you will coach team members, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular 1:1 meetings, and optimize sales processes. This full-time remote role operates during Manila business hours and includes rotation on weekends and public holidays.

Schedule

• Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 4 PM Manila time (40 hrs per week)
