BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead (Travel) to manage a team of Travel Experts, drive individual and team sales, and guide clients through the booking process. This full-time remote role operates during Manila business hours with rotation on weekends and public holidays.

You will coach the team, monitor KPIs, conduct regular 1:1s, optimize sales scripts, and build strong customer relationships to convert inquiries across phone, email, and live chat.

Formación

• Proven experience consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience leading or coaching a sales team.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience handling sales enquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
• Excellent pipeline management, follow-up, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Passion for travel, customer experience, and building meaningful connections.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound sales enquiries across phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain and develop your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and strong conversion rates.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Travel Experts.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
• Support scheduling and ensure adequate team coverage.
• Improve sales scripts, objection-handling strategies, and team processes.
• Build strong customer relationships and guide prospective travellers through purchasing decisions.
• Share performance insights and collaborate with management across different time zones.
