Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience as Chef de Partie or equivalent kitchen role.

• Formal culinary qualification or recognized chef certification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and ability to train and motivate junior staff.
• Excellent knife skills and precise food preparation.
• Meticulous attention to detail and consistent quality.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage the Western cuisine station, ensuring dishes follow recipes and presentation standards.
• Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes with precision and consistency.
• Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and plating to maintain brand standards.
• Train, supervise, and mentor junior kitchen staff within the station.
• Manage mise-en-place and keep the station organized, clean, and stocked.
• Maintain inventory records and communicate stock needs to management.
• Follow health and safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with other stations to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service.
• Control food costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality.
• Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements.
