The position emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, inventory management and adherence to store standards to sustain growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations and seek guidance from seniors when needed.
• Understand customer health needs and provide product information and benefits.
• Treat all customers with respect and handle inquiries professionally.
• Document and forward product feedback to Store Exec.
• Assist customers in navigating the Online Shop.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through telesales, upselling and cross-selling.
• Utilize sales strategies and marketing efforts.
• Handle product inquiries and ensure cashiering standards are observed.
• Encourage customers to sign up for the membership program.
• Maintain shelving, inventory accuracy and merchandising standards.
• Receive and check stock deliveries and coordinate with other stores.
