Job summary

WHR Global Consulting in Laguna, Philippines is seeking a Wellness Store Advisor to ensure every customer interaction delivers a positive experience that drives sales and loyalty. The role includes sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering and related store operations.

You will focus on customer needs, upsell and cross-sell, maintain product knowledge, stock shelves, manage expiry dates, and uphold merchandising standards while collaborating with the Store Exec to meet monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed customer expectations with professionalism.
• Assist customers in navigating the Online Shop and sign up for membership.
• Maintain shelves, perform product facing, and update shelf-tags.
• Handle cashiering and POS with accuracy and comply with standards.
• Support inventory counts and report variances to Store Exec.
• Participate in store improvement and engagement programs.
