Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrates 'Beginner' proficiency level in operational competencies, business, people, and leadership competencies.

Responsibilities

• Work towards meeting and exceeding customers' expectations; seeks guidance and assistance from seniors whenever needed.
• Understand a customer's health condition, lifestyle, habits and requirements; and ensure that the customer's health remains the focus when answering queries and/or providing product information and benefits.
• Perform a wide variety of functions including sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering and other operational tasks.
• Maintain shelves and gondolas well-stocked; monitor and update shelf-tags; check product expiry and report damages.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols; keep areas clean and be aware of shoplifters, reporting irregularities to Store Exec.
• Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock deliveries and product requests.
