Responsibilities

• Deliver a very positive customer experience to drive sales and loyalty.
• Perform store duties including merchandising, inventory checks and cashiering.
• Build product knowledge and provide basic category information to customers.
• Maintain stock levels, check expiry dates and report variances.
• Follow SOPs, keep areas clean, and monitor safety protocols.
• Support inventory counts and coordinate stock requests with other stores.
• Engage in training sessions and participate in improvement programs.
