WHR Global Consulting is seeking a Wellness Store Advisor in Pampanga. The role focuses on delivering a highly positive customer experience that drives sales, loyalty, and growth. Responsibilities span sales, merchandising, inventory control, cashiering, and store operations.

The candidate will learn products, attend training, and engage with customers to upsell and upsell while maintaining a premium store standard. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork is required.

Responsibilities

• Work towards meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations; seek guidance from seniors whenever needed.
• Understand customers’ health condition, lifestyle, habits and requirements; and ensure that the customer’s health remains the focus when answering queries and/or providing product information.
• Ensure that ALL customers are treated with respect, and complaints and/or inquiries are handled with professionalism.
• Document and forward product feedback and service experience to Store Exec.
• Assist the customer in navigating the Online Shop.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through telesales, upselling and/or cross-selling.
• Learn the products by reading materials available in-store, via Telegram app and self-study.
• Attend product training sessions and complete related exams.
• Engage in knowledge-sharing with co-employees.
• Provide basic information about products in each category and product expertise in at least one category.
• Observe all SOPs and health and safety protocols; keep areas clean and premium-looking.
• Be aware of shoplifters and report irregularities to the Store Exec.
