Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Workforce Counselor specializing in learning and development with a strong focus on mental health. You will design, implement, and evaluate programs that promote professional growth and wellbeing across the organization.

Responsibilities include delivering training on mental health awareness, leading mental health first aid initiatives regionally, and supporting global L&D strategies with strong instructional design and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Psychology, HR, Social Work, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Proven experience in instructional design and delivery of learning programs.
• Experience with LMS platforms and content creation.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Certifications in mental health and well-being are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning programs on mental health awareness and psychological safety.
• Lead regional mental health first aid and ally programs.
• Create engaging learning experiences and eLearning content.
• Facilitate workshops promoting open dialogue about mental health.
• Support regional/global L&D strategies and monitor program effectiveness.
